About Van Fit Solutions
At Van Fit Solutions, we are the leading provider of fully bespoke, one-of-one vehicle storage solutions for vans, pickups, and commercial vehicles.
- Every system is designed, built, and installed entirely in-house at our Middlesbrough facility.
- We never outsource work — only Van Fit Solutions staff or approved contractors under direct supervision complete installations.
- Each project is custom-built for your specific tools, equipment, and lifestyle, with no pre-made or off-the-shelf components.
Because our work is fully bespoke, refunds are not possible.
We adhere strictly to our policies to protect you as the customer and ourselves as the company, ensuring a fair, transparent, and professional process.

Payment
- Full payment is required on completion, before vehicle release.
- Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking and materials.
- No credit terms (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days) are offered, except through IwocaPay, subject to approval.
- By paying your deposit and reviewing our Guarantee section, you formally agree to all terms and policies.
Work Location & Start Times
- All fitments are carried out at our Middlesbrough facility for strict quality control.
- Day fits: Start at 8:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise.
- Overnight fits: Start at 4:30 PM, unless otherwise advised by our team.
- As a leading UK provider, every stage of your build is handled exclusively by our team or approved contractors under direct supervision.
Late Arrivals & Overtime
- Dropping off late or requiring work past 5:00 PM due to customer changes will incur £200 per hour, unless pre-agreed.
Vehicle Collection & Storage
- Vehicles must be collected on the agreed date (maximum 1 day after completion).
- £100 per day storage fee applies for unapproved extra days.
Refunds, Third Parties & Outsourcing
- No refunds – all systems are fully bespoke and made to order.
- Valid claims are resolved through repair or replacement only.
- Third-party repairs or modifications immediately void your warranty.
- We do not outsource work — all guarantee and repair work is completed solely by Van Fit Solutions or approved contractors under our direct management.
Van Fit Solutions – 12-Month Guarantee
Every storage system comes with a 12-month guarantee covering defects in materials or workmanship.
This guarantee is confirmed when you pay your deposit, ensuring clarity and protection for both you and us.
- What’s Covered
Our guarantee protects against genuine manufacturing or material defects that affect performance or safety.
✅ Covered Issues
- Material Failures – Defects in materials compromising strength or function.
- Manufacturing/Build Defects – Errors in design, assembly, or installation by our team.
Example:
A drawer mechanism fails due to a faulty part or incorrect fitting — we repair or replace it at no cost.
- What’s Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover issues caused after installation or outside our control.
❌ Not Covered
- General wear and tear.
- Accidental or deliberate damage.
- Modifications made by the customer after installation.
- Work by non-approved third parties — this immediately voids the guarantee.
Vehicle Protection & Damage Policy
We take your vehicle’s condition seriously and follow a strict documentation process to protect both parties.
Step 1 – Pre-Fit Inspection
- Timestamped photos taken of the vehicle interior and exterior before work begins.
- Images securely stored to record condition before fitment.
Step 2 – Post-Fit Inspection
- Final photos taken after completion for comparison.
If Damage Occurs
- We repair the damage in-house or via an approved contractor.
- OR we compensate you at trade value if you choose to repair elsewhere.
- Retail repair rates are not covered.
This ensures you are protected with documented evidence, and we are protected from liability for pre-existing damage.

Final Agreement
By paying your deposit, you:
- Confirm you understand our work is fully bespoke and non-refundable.
- Accept that no credit terms are available outside of IwocaPay finance.
- Agree to the 12-month guarantee and vehicle protection process.
- Acknowledge that third-party involvement voids all coverage immediately.
- Understand that compensation for any damage will be at trade value only.
- Confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
