Van Fit Solutions (Castello Interiors Limited)
These Terms and Conditions govern all work carried out by Van Fit Solutions, a trading name of Castello Interiors Limited.
By booking an installation, paying a deposit, accepting a quote, or leaving a vehicle on site, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Bespoke Nature of Our Work
All installations carried out by Van Fit Solutions are fully bespoke and custom-built to the requirements discussed with the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our work:
• All builds are unique
• Items are manufactured specifically for the customer’s vehicle
• Products cannot be returned once installation has commenced
Once work has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Quotes, Offers and Promotions
All quotations provided by Van Fit Solutions are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to:
• Withdraw any quotation
• Cancel any quote
• Amend any quote
• Remove or modify any offer or promotion at any time
Sales promotions, discounts, or free items (including but not limited to bunkers, rubber flooring, accessories or promotional upgrades) are valid for a maximum period of two (2) months from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
After this period the quote or offer may expire and pricing may change.
3. Pricing
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to increase or amend pricing at any time.
Price increases may apply to:
• Expired quotations
• Promotional offers
• Material cost increases
• Bookings not secured with a deposit
Prices are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
4. Deposits and Bookings
Deposits are required to secure an installation booking.
By paying a deposit the customer confirms:
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation of the agreed work
• Commitment to the scheduled installation date
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to retain deposits where customers cancel at short notice or fail to attend their booking.
5. Appointment Attendance
Customers must arrive at the agreed appointment time.
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to refuse installation if:
• The customer arrives significantly late without prior notice
• The vehicle is not ready for installation
• Required information has not been provided
Late arrivals may require rescheduling of the appointment.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
Van Fit Solutions maintains a professional working environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any customer to leave the premises immediately if behaviour is considered:
• Aggressive
• Abusive
• Threatening
• Disruptive
In these circumstances, deposits may be retained and services may be refused.
7. Vehicle Preparation
Vehicles must arrive ready for installation.
Customers must ensure the vehicle is:
• Empty of tools and loose equipment where possible
• Accessible for installation
• Safe to work in
Failure to prepare the vehicle may result in:
• Delays
• Additional labour charges
• Rebooking of the installation
8. Tools and Equipment Left in Vehicles
Van Fit Solutions accepts no responsibility for tools, materials, equipment, or personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Any items left inside the vehicle remain entirely at the owner’s risk.
Van Fit Solutions will not be liable for:
• Loss
• Theft
• Damage
to tools or equipment left in vehicles.
9. Customer Measurements and Equipment
Our bespoke systems are often designed based on information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for supplying:
• Accurate measurements
• Accurate information about their tools and equipment
• Any equipment required for testing fitment
If incorrect measurements or information are provided, Van Fit Solutions accepts no responsibility if equipment does not fit once installation is complete.
10. Fitment and Quality Checks Before Departure
Customers must inspect their vehicle and installation before leaving the premises.
This includes checking:
• Storage layout
• Tool fitment
• Drawers and compartments
• Any accessories installed
• The overall quality and finish of the installation
Van Fit Solutions has this policy in place due to the significant distances many of our customers travel from across the United Kingdom and Europe for installation.
Customers must therefore ensure they are satisfied with the installation, the quality of workmanship, and that their tools and equipment fit as expected before departing our premises.
Once the customer leaves the premises, the work is considered accepted.
Van Fit Solutions will not accept responsibility or liability for any claims made after departure relating to:
• Tools or equipment not fitting
• Storage capacity concerns
• Layout decisions previously agreed
• Equipment that was not present during installation
• Concerns regarding the quality or finish of the installation
11. Third Party Vehicle Drop-Off or Collection
If a customer chooses to send an employee, family member, driver, or any third party in place of the business owner or decision maker, that person will be treated as the authorised representative of the customer.
Any instructions, approvals, or decisions made by that individual regarding the installation will be considered final.
Van Fit Solutions accepts no responsibility or liability if the business owner or vehicle owner later claims that the installation, layout, or design decisions were not what they personally wanted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any person attending the appointment on their behalf has full authority to approve the work being carried out.
12. Vehicle Condition and Liability
Vehicles left on site remain at the owner’s risk.
Van Fit Solutions accepts no liability for:
• Mechanical failures
• Electrical faults
• Pre-existing damage
• Issues related to the age or condition of the vehicle
Photographs of vehicles may be taken before and after installation for record purposes.
13. Storage System Usage
Customers are responsible for ensuring tools and equipment are stored safely.
Van Fit Solutions accepts no liability for damage caused by:
• Improper storage
• Overloading of storage systems
• Loose or unsecured equipment
14. Custom Work Refund Policy
Because all installations are bespoke and built to customer requirements, refunds will not be issued once work has commenced.
Customers acknowledge that bespoke installations cannot be returned or resold.
15. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Van Fit Solutions directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs associated with resolving unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks.
16. Time Limit for Claims
Any concerns regarding installation must be reported within 48 hours of vehicle collection.
Failure to report concerns within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
17. Right to Refuse Service
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any booking at our discretion.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By paying a deposit, booking an installation, or proceeding with work, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
