To provide our customers with confidence in our products, we offer a 12-month guarantee against material or manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered?

If your storage system develops a fault due to a material or manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will rectify the issue at no extra cost. This includes:

✔ Material Failures – Defects in the materials used that compromise the performance or safety of the storage system.
✔ Manufacturing or Build Defects – Faults caused by errors in construction or assembly.

What’s Not Covered?

Our guarantee does not cover:

✖ General Wear and Tear – Gradual deterioration due to normal usage.
✖ Accidental or Deliberate Damage – Any breakages resulting from misuse, external impact, or improper handling.
✖ Customer Modifications – Alterations made by the customer that affect the integrity of the storage system.

How to Make a Claim

All claims must be reviewed and approved by our management team before any corrective work is undertaken. To submit a claim, you must provide:

📸 Photo or Video Evidence – Clear images or footage demonstrating the issue.
📍 In-Person Inspection – You may bring the vehicle to our Middlesbrough workshop for an assessment.

Once reviewed and approved, we will carry out necessary repairs or replacements at our Middlesbrough facility.

Our Policy on Refunds & Outsourcing

🚫 No Outsourcing – All work is carried out exclusively at our Middlesbrough workshop by our skilled team.
🚫 No Refunds – We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If an issue falls under our guarantee, we will repair or replace the affected components.
