VFS 15 - PRE-DELIVERY PLANNING INCENTIVE
Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Overview
The VFS 15 Pre-Delivery Planning Incentive rewards customers who commit to booking their fitment in advance.
Qualifying customers will receive a 15% discount on the pre-VAT value of their fitment when the conditions outlined below are met.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for VFS 15, customers must:
✅ Book their installation at least 6 weeks before the scheduled fitment date
✅ Pay a minimum £500 deposit per vehicle booked
✅ Have VFS 15 clearly documented on their quotation and invoice at the point of sale
3. Discount Value
✅ VFS 15 provides a 15% discount on the pre-VAT value of the fitment
✅ VAT remains payable at the applicable rate
✅ Any savings examples shown in marketing material are illustrative only and based on average order values
4. Deposit Requirements
✅ A minimum £500 deposit per vehicle is required to secure an installation slot
✅ The deposit forms part of the total order value and is not an additional charge
✅ Deposits allow Van Fit Solutions to allocate workshop capacity, schedule production and plan materials in advance
5. Vehicle Delivery Delays
Van Fit Solutions understands that manufacturer and dealership delivery dates can change.
Where a vehicle delivery is delayed:
✅ Installation dates can be moved
✅ Deposits remain protected
✅ VFS 15 remains valid
✅ Customers will not lose their discount due to manufacturer or dealership delays
Customers must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice before their scheduled installation date if a delivery delay affects their booking.
6. Early Fitment Requests
The VFS 15 incentive is offered in return for customers allowing Van Fit Solutions to plan workshop capacity in advance.
If a customer requests installation before the qualifying 6-week period has elapsed:
❌ VFS 15 will be removed
❌ Standard pricing will apply
❌ The remaining balance will be recalculated accordingly
Customers may retain their VFS 15 incentive by keeping their original agreed installation date.
7. Changes to Installation Dates
✅ Installation dates may be amended where vehicle delivery dates change
✅ Requests to move installation dates remain subject to workshop availability
✅ Van Fit Solutions will make every reasonable effort to accommodate revised delivery schedules
8. Changes to Order Scope
Where additional products, services or modifications are requested after the original booking has been confirmed:
✅ Quotations may be revised
✅ Additional items will be priced at the prevailing rate at the time of amendment
✅ VFS 15 will continue to apply to qualifying elements of the order
9. Multiple Vehicle Bookings
✅ There is no limit to the number of vehicles that can be booked under the VFS 15 Pre-Delivery Planning Incentive
✅ Customers may reserve installation slots for multiple vehicles
✅ Each vehicle must meet the qualifying criteria outlined within these terms
✅ A minimum £500 deposit is required for each vehicle booked
✅ The VFS 15 incentive applies individually to each qualifying vehicle order
10. Combination with Other Offers
❌ VFS 15 cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, voucher, special pricing arrangement or incentive unless agreed in writing by Van Fit Solutions
11. Non-Transferable
❌ VFS 15 is non-transferable
❌ The incentive applies only to the original customer, vehicle and booking
12. Cancellation
Should a customer cancel their booking, any refund of deposits will be subject to the Van Fit Solutions cancellation policy in force at the time of cancellation.
16. Right to Amend or Withdraw
Van Fit Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the VFS 15 Pre-Delivery Planning Incentive at any time for future bookings.
Any quotation, invoice or booking already confirmed with VFS 15 applied will continue to be honoured in accordance with the terms agreed at the point of sale.
